Where I'm strongest
Interface design
The unglamorous parts — empty states, error states, loading, edge cases, the component that has to work in eleven different contexts. This is where most designs quietly fall apart, and it's what I'm best at.
Design systems
I've built and maintained systems at two product companies. Not just a component library, but the naming, the documentation, and the ongoing work of keeping a team consistent as it grows.
Shipping
I build in Framer and WordPress. Designs I hand to engineers are buildable, because I've had to build things like them.
Working with non-designers
Years of explaining design decisions to founders, developers, and marketing teams who don't share my vocabulary.
Running the work, not just doing it
I've led projects end to end — scoping, timelines, stakeholder communication, and holding the quality bar when several things are running at once. Fifteen years of freelance and agency work will teach you that. I've also mentored junior designers and helped lead design inside an agency.

What I’m Looking For
A full-time Senior UI Designer or Senior Web Designer role, on a product team or in an agency, where I own the interface layer and work closely with engineering.
I'm most useful somewhere that values getting the details right and wants a designer who can take something from Figma to live without a relay race.
I'm also open to lead roles where the scope includes owning delivery — running projects end to end, managing scope and stakeholders, and setting the quality bar for the work. That's been a large part of my agency and freelance years, and it's a direction I'd like to grow into further.
